Ministry of Construction and Housing Execute Road & Bridges Projects within the International Bank Loan

             Minister of Construction and Housing Bayan Dezee declared that the ministry will execute many important projects for Road & Bridges sector through the International Bank loan which is about (135) one hundred and thirty million dollar.

  Her Excellency said that the projects contain rehabilitating 10 Km of Kut-Omara road, 11 Km of Kut-Nasrya road, 19 Km of Kut-Baghdad road and 25 Km of al Raida country road in Wasat and building al Majed concrete bridge in Mothana instead of the float bridge in it, in addition to building Erbil-Aalton road 45 Km length which connects Erbil with Karkuk.

  Her Excellency said that the ministry continue executing its projects in housing, state buildings and road and bridges.

  It is worth mentioning that Ministry of Construction and Housing opened lately Shaikh Saad Bridge in Wasat in addition to many important roads and bridges within its plan for 2007, 2008.
