Construction Open Saaba Abkar
Housing Estate Project in
Baghdad

Maliky tendency , The Minister
Bayan Dezee opened the project
on behalf of the prime minister
.Her Excellency mentioned
during the opening ceremony
that this project is the first
housing estate in this
specification accomplished in
Iraq since 1982 it’s the
result of the employees of
housing and construction effort
represented by the Housing
State Commission\ the
supervisory authority and Al
Mansoor Company for Structural
Contracting \ executive
authority. By accomplishing this
project the Ministry fulfills it
obligation toward The Prime
Minister desire to make this
year a year of construction and
building
This
project is the third largest
project which has opened this
year after opening Sheikh Saad
Bridge in Wasit and al sarafiya
Iron Bridge in addition to many
different projects in road and
bridges and state building
sectors.
This
estate has carried out in a land
about (29) hectare, (48)
building has been built included
288 apartments half of it
carried out in prepared
construction way and the other
half with the traditional way.
The estate includes also the
service building (school,
markets, sewage, and water
piping, and green garden,
external
fence
At
the end of the
ceremony ,her Excellency
promised The prime minister
and the Iraqi people on behalf
of employees of ministry of
housing and construction to go
ahead with reconstruction to
make Iraq a honorable model from
north to south and this
accomplishment is only a little
part of the ministry plans in
housing field whether through
investment or investment plans
and soon it will be announced
about completing other housing
estate in al provinces
