The Director General of housing fund presents number of proposals to develop the fund work ,including  reducing the supposed service period from (7) years to (5) years .He presents a  detailed explanation about the work of housing fund branch in Deyala , mentioning that many laon requests were received in Deyala after improving the security situation in the province .

 Her Excellency stresses on the importance of given the priority to the provinces which were known as  hot spots in order to provide the best  services and notify them that the security improvement is the basis for  expending work and implementing  projects.

 The Director General of the fund presents recommendations about granting the loans for the additional constructions of the housing unit ,which included making the additional area of construction not less than (65 m²)and making no condition about adding housing unit for the loan construction license.

 It is worth mentioning that the Housing Fund has raised  the value of the opened loan to the beneficiaries in Baghdad to 25 million dinars instead of 18 million dina
