Ministry of Construction and Housing Convey Five Roads and Bridges Project in 5 Provinces

 Ministry Of Construction And Housing announced conveying many roads and bridges projects in five provinces to number of contracting companies. The Minister of Construction and Housing, Bayan Dezee said that the allocations contain (5) projects in (5) provinces (Baghdad\Al Anbar \ karbalaa\ Maysan\Dhi-Qar).

Her Excellency said that they conveyed the project of execution the bridge crossings and the surface layer of Al Handia Bridge approachings in Karbala with more than ten billion eight hundred and five million diners cost and conveying the project of maintaining, paving and fixing the public high way of Haditha –Al Qaaim in Al Anbar which its length is (20 km) and with more than one billion nine hundred and thirty million diners cost. They also conveyed the project of maintaining, paving and fixing Baghdad –al  Hilla road which its length is (130 km) and its total cost is more than one billion seven hundred and sixty seven million diners in addition to conveying the project of  maintaining Emara-Basrah road in Maysan  province which its length is (10 km) with two billion and forty million diners cost and conveying the project of maintaining Naser - Dwaya road in Dhi-Qar which its length is (23km) and with more than four billion three hundred and twenty million diners.

 

Her Excellency explained that the ministry accomplished many roads and bridges projects in all the country and announced accomplishing other projects in this year, mentioning that the ministry was able to spend 70% of its budget within the first half of this year and this referring to the great efforts made by the ministry and its formations to make this year a year of building and reconstruction as described by the Prime Minster Noori Al Maliky. Her Excellency confirmed that the ministry asked for an additional budget during the second half of this year to continue accomplishing
