The ministry of Construction and Housing carries out new projects for roads and bridges in 2008

         Minister of Construction and Housing Bayan Dezee instructs to announce the bids about the new projects that enter within the investments budget plan for 2008 in roads and  bridges sector and  they are 8 projects .These projects include  building  the second kut bridge , Maqtarbana (Kardhya bridge),( kalal Badra bridge )in Wasat ,   a bridge in Sweer area in Mothana province , raising  one of the two service bridges for 14 Tamooz  hanging bridge in Baghdad  ,setting  up Maqalalaa Abu al gar –tel al laham in Deqar province , building al jazera  bridge in Al Anbar province and al shaheed  Az al deen bridge in Basra . . Finally enhance Badra –Kut road and set up the second way to it.

        Its mentioned that the ministry's investment plan to this year contains the continuity in carrying out the housing estate, the public building project and  road and bridge projects.
