AL Farouk State Company: Continue implementing their assigned ² 
 

    An official source at Al Farouk State Company for  Structural Contracting, one of  the Ministry of Construction and Housing formations, confirmed that  the company start actually to build (49)house in al Saidieh area in Baghdad on 15/12/2007 after  lifting  the  rubble and smoothing  the place.
      The source said that the total area of the project amount (12) dunams with (220 m²) to the single house. The duration of the project is one year and the total cost is (4.3) billion diners.
     On the other hand the source confirmed that the actual rate of achievement for Karbala housing project reaches 69%, it covered build a housing estate which consist of (27) building, each building consist of six apartments and build service buildings (the market and the school).

     As for the development project for the State Rehabilitation Directory, the actual achievement rate is (50%), the work covered new buildings with (238 m²) and gas station (1216 m²) and mechanical building (80 m²) and carried out water supply   project and rehabilitated underground (civilian, electrical and health works).

      It is worth to mention that the company carried out contracting work for buildings by contracting with the private and socialist sector and carried out the housing-estate projects, product the styled piles and cast the pipes in different diameters and product block and shatiqer by the company factories.
