(5/2009) to supply, install and generate (56) cold store inquiry with backup tools to be installed in fourteen sites in the provinces of Iraq and according to what is clarified in the list of quantities. Those who are willing to participate in this tender from the specialized, manufacturing, producing and supplying companies, whom their degree is not less than the first class, to go to the Ministry headquarter / Contracting Department to receive a copy of the list of quantities and the conditions and the specifications for the equipments which are requested to be carrier (U.S.A) for the sum of (250000) two hundred and fifty thousand diners non-refundable. The bidder should present a credible check or a bank letter of guarantee for the Ministry order with a rate (1%) from the sum of the presented bid and the consumption of the bank letter of guarantee should be for a period of not less than three months starting from the date of closing the tender. The deadline for presenting the offers is at 12:00 pm26/3/2009 to Thursday at the headquarters of the ministry. A conference will be held in 18/3/2009 to Wednesday at 10:00 pm in Saad State Company to answer any questions concerning this tender. The Ministry is not bound to accept the lowest bids and the company who will win the tender will tolerate the remuneration of establishing the announcement.
